Traditional loans (up to $30,000) can be utilized to help with housing needs such as:

• Security Deposits on a new residence
• Bridge loans for those needing assistance before the federal/local aid arrives
• A month or two of back rent
• Utilities, including internet and other housing related costs
• Moving expenses for those having to change residences​
