Thank you for partnering with Hebrew Free Loan to support our communities during the Federal Furlough. Please use this form to indicate your organization's support. HFL will provide $1,500 quick turnaround loans to any furloughed Jewish federal employee in the DC Metro area. Applicants will fill out a brief form online. These requests will then be quickly reviewed and monies will be disbursed electronically. The borrowers will be expected to repay the loan within two weeks of receiving back pay. If they do not receive back pay, they will have two years to pay off the loan. HFL does not have the funds available to make more than a few loans without the support of community partners.
